đź—şWe ship worldwide except for certain countries where our shipping partners can not reach. We use Air Post for most of the shipment. If you are unsure whether or not we ship to your location, try it out at checkout.

đźššWe offer free standard shipping in Hong Kong and Mainland China

🛩Currently we ship all international package with Air Post. Shipping fee starts from $8.5USD (which converts to €7.5 / £6.5). If your order exceeds 2kg, the shipping cost will be $15USD (which converts to €13.5 / £11.5)

⏱Hong Kong and Mainland China: 2-4 days 

⏳Rest of Asia: 5-10 days.

⏳ USA & Canada: 10-15 days.

⏱UK: 5-7 days.

⏳ EU: 13-20 days. (With our experience, shipping time tends to be more stable with FR, DE, CH orders, longer with IT, ES, GR. NL orders)

đź“Ś Please expect longer shipping time when approaching public holidays such as Christmas and Lunar New Year. Additional factors could also contribute extra shipping time:


  -> Processing speed at warehouse and post services at origin

  -> Custom clearance speed and capacity

  -> Local post office dispatch speed and capacity

  -> Location of the receiving address remote from processing center

đź“ŤPlease note if you are shipping into Italy, Greece, Spain, please note the processing time tend to be longer and the local post system doesn't update the tracking until the item has been cleared out at the Customs. So if you see no updates after the item has been shipped out, do not panic.

🛂It's possible the local customs may contact you to provide documents for receiving the item, keep a look out your email inbox or text messages for any notice. If the shipping time is significantly longer than normal, do give the local post office a call as that's the fastest way to get information on your shipment.

Returns and exchanges

Our return policy works within 15 days of receipt of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any items with obvious signs of use  
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery 

Please note the delivery cost will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the closest warehouse to you which we will communicate to you via email after receiving a return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an exchange request via email at hello@todaywellspent.com.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
